Sometimes, in the USA, I encounter surly flagmen, or they seem to have their mind somewhere other than on the job. (It is boring, trust me, been there, done that.)
The Taiwan solution is one of my favorite sights. They even
provide a raincoat for the "ironman" but this guy seems to have taken the lowrider look to a new level. I almost felt embarrassed for the Tien Mu flagman but nobody seemed to notice. His arms kept waving and not one driver slowed down. Maybe it is hard to take a pant-less robot seriously?
